Went in Monday and looked at a car and instantly fell in love with it . Matt was there to help us along the way & answered all of our questions. We had a few bumps in the road at no fault to the dealership. Matt constantly stayed in touched and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. This will be my first Mercedes and will definitely not be the last I buy from them. 10/10 recommend dealing with Matt.
Super great experience! Matt was the salesman that was helping me, he was incredibly friendly and really was going the extra mile to ensure the pre owned car I was picking up was in pristine condition. Matt has also been checking in making sure everything is all good. If you’re in need of a new vehicle I would definitely recommend especially if you ask for Matt!
I had a tire blowout 40 miles south of Greensboro. On a little country Rd. Mercedes Road side service was great. They arranged the tow service and an uber if needed. The dealership in Greensboro did a great job getting the tire replaced. Everyone was very pleasant.
7 months to get the build done. Was 100% worth it. Tony was our sales guy and kept us up to date the entire time and was in and out within an hour with a trade in! Can’t thank the Mercedes team and Tony enough.
BUYER BE AWARE! We purchased a supposedly fully serviced and inspected used GLE63 AMG SUV . 3 days later we found a sizable oil puddle in our driveway and the odor of antifreeze vapor. We immediately took it back to the dealership. The General manager response “we’ll fix it you pay for it”. We had a third party Mercedes specialist perform an analysis and determined the leak was not new and should have found by a competent mechanic doing a presale inspection . Same with the antifreeze leak. So now we are responsible for a $1200 dollar repair 3 days in to buying the car.
DON’T DO IT!!! RACIST & HORRIBLE PEOPLE including MANAGEMENT!!!I had my car towed from Virginia to this dealership for repair on 6/10/22, arrived @ 2:30pm. Received call from Jonathan told me diagnosis. Agreed to have service done. Cost $1346.00!!!! I Picked up car 6/17/22, car Vandalized ripped off radio door in dashboard. Everything in glove compartment was thrown around interior! All change was stolen. Manager told me I had to put claim in w my Ins company they were not responsible!!! Very nonchalant unconcerned & refused to be responsible for damages while in their care!

Very bad service. I booked an appointment online to get my car serviced and I left work early to solve my Mercedes Engine check light issue. I arrived at my appointment on time and the service guy told me they can not service my car because they are fully booked. If they were fully booked why did they even let me booked an appointment?. The service guy told me their website appointment tool does not work well and then why they have it available on their website.They did not even contact me that they would not be able to service my car today and they need to reschedule my appointment. I went there, wasted my time/ gas and I left with a disappointment. While I was leaving their dealership, someone hit my car. I should have not gone there in the first place to get my car serviced. I spend a lot of money on the car and I expected great service from them but they provided me terrible service. I made my day worse just going there. The service guy did not even check my car warranty coverage information. He was telling me that they would charge me a fee before even checking that my car falls under the Mercedes manufactured warranty.
